Manga Review: Naruto - 564

Previously in Naruto: Naruto rushed off to challenge the masked man, Tobi, while the Hokage challenged the revived Madara. What happened next? Read on.

The chapter revolved around friends and foes using cool jutsus in the forest. The other battlefields weren’t shown, but I imagined that Kishimoto felt that we wanted to see what is going on with Naruto. I think it’s a shame that he didn’t involve Itachi or Sasuke though.
I found it quite interesting with the way Naruto and Bee attacked the enemies. Specifically, the setting really brought out the characters attacks and abilities as the trees provided ample opportunity to dodge, duck, and attack. Most importantly though, it makes the characters look cool.

Beyond the chapter having much action, we finally had clarification given as to the contents of the final coffin that Kabuto showed Tobi chapters ago. Essentially this involved Naruto informing Tobi that they did encounter the revived Madara. Regardless, Tobi reiterated his plan and informed them that they needed to defeat his Sharingan/Rinnegan-infused and revived Jinchurki if they wanted to learn his true identity. Essentially, the huge mystery of the manga continues and fans are left speculating on whom this man is. I’m out of hypotheses of who he could be.
That was an enjoyable chapter.
