The Sapporo Snow Festival in Sapporo City is currently taking place until February 12. The annual festival has brought a multitude of anime and pop culture inspired snow and ice sculptures. Of the 228 sculptures, some include beloved characters like Mario, Pikachu and even the Jaws shark.
