No matter how happy Saito and Louise are together, I would still prefer a harem ending. When that happens, I have a suggestion for Saito: upgrade to a king-sized bed.

I’m sorry Louise, I know I want your happiness prioritized and I’ve been making a case for your togetherness with Saito but I’ve been done in. As much as it irks me as it does you, Saito might be deserving of that harem end. I won’t even question why nearly every girl is head over heels for the guy but their affections are really showing themselves now. With the hot springs obligation meeting its anime quota, the girls can show off their busts (or lack of) and really get the blood boiling. (Roses are red!) It’s a bit surprising that Saito keeps his cool with all the naked ladies around but I guess he has his duties as a lord. 

There’s so much skin, so much service that it’s delicious. For those not into fan service stuff, it must be a complete waste of time, especially with the first three seasons not meeting expectations. (Damn JC Staff, again!) And here in the fourth and final season, it happens yet again: away with the integral plot and in with all the bare and raw stuff to appeal to a select group of viewers. For me, I don’t mind. I can’t take ZnT too seriously anymore (not after season two) so a little light-hearted fluff and lots of interesting angles (damn you tree twigs!) call for your typical eye candy episode. Heck, even Henrietta returns to boast her royal highness in front of Zero Louise. And then there’s Tabitha. She likes it when Saito licks her. Yup… 

As fun as the episode is, it still reeks of filler material. I honestly doubt that JC Staff is doing a proper job of adapting the light novels and I’m sure they’ve already twisted the plot for the anime appeal. You know, because a lot of anime fans are shallow people who can’t appreciate the deep storylines and interesting conversations. You really caught us red-handed. For me personally, this is as far as filler episodes would go and I don’t need to nitpick about how non-existent the plot is, knowing what ZnT has been like in past seasons. Still, I think the fillers and service-related stuff need to end and get to the major plots, like Tifania’s familiar summoning and Tabitha’s coronation. And whatever Saito is going to do, like go home or be king of all harem kings.
