According to a blog post by Junichi Masuda, one of the original creators of Pokémon and the director of the most recent titles, Pokémon Black and White, there will be a big announcement that fans of the franchise will want to pay attention to on the Japanese TV program Pokémon Smash this Sunday morning.

Masuda said that a “very important announcement” would be made on the show and went on to say:
“And, for those of you who can’t watch television on live, I will announce the same information right after the show via Twitter,” he said. “Everyone, I hope you all enjoy the show!!”
If you haven’t been keeping track, the rumor mill has been tossing around the idea of Pokémon Gray for a while now, but after the recent crossover with Nobunaga’s Ambition, fans really don’t know what to expect.
