Jessica Chastain In Talks For “Iron Man 3”

Deadline reports that Jessica Chastain is currently in talks about a role in Iron Man 3, which will loosely adapt the Warren Ellis “Extremis” storyline.
Starring opposite to Robert Downey Jr., Deadline states that:
“The role is a sexy scientist every bit as smart as Tony Stark.”
Considering Iron Man 3 is an adaptation of “Extremis”, online speculation notes that it sounds like Chastain would be playing the role of Maya Hansen.
Chastain will be joining returning Iron Man ranchise stars Downey Jr., Gwyneth Paltrow and Don Cheadle, as well as rumoured cast additions of Guy Pearce and Ben Kingsley.
