Ubisoft’s “Watch Dogs” Looking Like An Early Candidate For Game Of E3

A brand new IP was unveiled at Ubisoft’s conference, and it’s looking like one of the best games announced so far.

Watch Dogs is an open world game where players can control an entire city through a computer. Everything from jamming cell phone reception to turning off traffic lights to collecting data on any person you want is possible.
