“RoboCop” Remake To Add Abbie Cornish?

MGM is quickly filling out its cast for their Robocop remake.

With news earlier in the week about Samuel L. Jackson joining the project, MGM appears to have scooped up another actor for the project in Abbie Cornish (pictured above from Sucker Punch). She has been offered the female lead in the Jose Padihlla (Elite Squad) directed remake of the Paul Verhoeven film and looks to star alongside Joel Kinnaman (The Killing) as well as Gary Oldman who signed on last month.
