Ron Perlman, who went through hours of make-up to bring comic’s Hellboy to life twice on the silver screen, went through the special effects process again, although this time it wasn’t for another movie.

Spectral Motion, a special effects company that worked on the Hellboy film, have been helping the Make-A-Wish Foundation. Zachary, a Make-A-Wish child who has been battling leukemia, wanted to meet and become Hellboy, so Spectral along with Perlman decided to be extremely cool and awesome and grant that wish.
