Prepare To Be Judged - Bloody Clip For “Dredd” Released (NSFW)

Dredd was on show yesterday at Comic-Con International, and the sounds across the web are looking good. The majority of critics at the preview showing have praised the film, with it getting decent to very strongly positive reviews. 

Anyway, onto the above clip. Best described as a “Red Band” clip, it has recently gone live on the film’s official site. The clip shows Judge Dredd and Cadet Anderson dispensing justice, whilst showcasing the film’s usage of slow-motion, 3D and heavy gore. As Karl Urban has said, this isn’t your father’s Judge Dredd…

Looks promising, although I do hope that this slow-motion isn’t overused in every action sequence, as I can imagine it getting repetitive like Snyder’s 300.

Dredd is set for a September 7 UK release, before opening in the US September 21.
