With most of the major Japanese roles being covered earlier in the week for James Mangold’s (3:10 to Yuma) The Wolverine, a pretty big bombshell was dropped with  breaking news of Jessica Biel (Total Recall) being offered a major role in the upcoming film.

The role in question is that of Viper, who is seen as a complex character because she was at one time a peer of Wolverine, his enemy and an Agent of Hydra who blackmails him to marry her.
