Manga Review: Naruto - 593

In order to receive answers, Lord Orochimaru was resurrected!
——
This entire arc has been one of rebirth and revival. Numerous old characters have already been with us and some have already left us, such as Itachi. However, it seemed that we needed one of these characters to actually supply information rather than to fight for the enemy.

Orochimaru seemed to be the one who was believed to know things and jutsu that most of the other characters didn’t. And now in this tumultous wartime, he was needed more than ever. Sasuke needed him to provide the answer to what was written on the paper. He also needed some additional information so he knew how to at least finishing carrying out Itachi’s will. Tobi and Madara now stood in his way so he needed every ally he could find.

Suigetsu provided quite a bit of life and entertainment in this chapter. He was against the idea and visbily afraid of Lord Orochimaru. Perhaps Orochimaru had done something to him in the past, but he was afraid to even go near him. Hiding behind Kabuto and then quickly switching locations once Orochimaru was resurrected made me chuckle.

Overall, it was a good chapter. Sasuke seemed determined on what he set out to do. Suigetsu and Jugo decided to tag along as support and to at least provide Sasuke with some company, and Lord Orochimaru returned to some form of power to finally divulge the truth to Sasuke.
