LA/Toronto based indie studio, eOne, has acquired the worldwide rights to a television series based on the maverick doctor who treats patients without any regards for the rules.
Taka Ichise and Doug Davison, who worked together on both western adaptations of The Ring and The Grudge, will executive produce the series alongside Dave Brown and Zadoc Angell of Artist International. Michael Rosenberg, Jen Chambers and Adam Blumberg will join along through eOne
eOne currently produces the Rookie Blue television series and the studio also distributes AMC’s The Walking Dead TV series.
