Remender And Romita Jr. Take “Captain America” To Dimension Z
In their final reveal of the week, Marvel announced today that Rick Remender and John Romita Jr. would be taking control of the Captain America title as part of Marvel NOW!.
Remender spoke about the idea behind his first 10-issue arc, which will focus on mad geneticist Arnim Zola and a new location known as Dimension Z (Z for Zola, perhaps?). He also said that he will be avoiding the World War II sections of Cap’s life, and instead focus on his life growing up, as well as his current day escapades.
Captain America #1 hits shelves in November.
