Watch Joe Carnahan’s “Daredevil” Sizzle Reel

Following the news that his proposed Daredevil film for Fox has gone “up in smoke”, Joe Carnahan has released the sizzle reel he created to pitch his 70’s styled superhero thriller to the studio.

It turns out that the pitch wasn’t rejected, but rather plans fell through because time has ran out on the license, with the Daredevil rights due to revert back to Marvel in October.

Anyway, the reel looks pretty nifty, with fans of the character positively receiving it. Indeed, on his twitter, Carnahan has responded to fan response saying, “Fanaticism at its finest and a massive outpouring of love for the DD stuff. Aficionados of ‘The Man Without Fear’ you do my heart proud.”
