Let’s end this, indeed. Juha Bach is going to get incinerated!
The reiatsu emanating from Captain Commander Yamamoto was likened to that of 15 mllion degrees. It sounded ridiculous and powerful, but justified by the laws of Bleach. Kubo really knows how to temporarily allows us to forget logic and just be shocked at the sheer power that the characters can convey.
Juha Bach stood shocked at the power of Yamamoto’s bankai. One question the situation brought up: Why hasn’t he sealed or even attempted to seal Yamamoto’s bankai? The Stern Ritter’s main technique had been stealing and sealing bankai, so it is odd that no one has attempted it on the Captain Commander. Could there be something preventing him from doing it?
The fight’s pacing has been going along at a fast pace. It seems too early for Juha to pull out an ultimate Quincy Technique, Sankt Zwinger. He hasn’t taken much in the way of actual damage from Yamamoto, and neither has Yamamoto. What is the rush for? Regardless, Yamamoto managed to nullify it with more mind-blowing abilities. With more focus on Zanka no Tachi and its different moves based on each of the the cardinal directions, South was able to leave Juha stunned. What will these fiery corpses do?
North has yet to be used, but I imagine it leaves Yamamoto with at least one more move up his sleeve. This security insures that he will be able to survive whatever skill Juha may have. I’m still hopeful that Yamamoto will defeat Juha Bach and that there is some greater evil out there for Ichigo to defeat. Old Man Yamamoto is too powerful to be defeated, especially with all of these skills.
The arc is going strong and I have no qualms. Ichigo should get back to action soon and Yamamoto still surprises. As we go through these new chapters in the 500’s, I cant begin to imagine the surprises that Kubo has in store for us.
