New Seth MacFarlane Live-Action TV Show

Looks like Fox isn’t done working with Family Guy creator Seth MacFarlane. MacFarlane is working on a new project, but instead of continuing to, well, dominate Animation Domination, he’s going live-action.

More details after the break.

——

Fox has placed a pilot order with series penalty commitment for a live-action comedy from MacFarlane and the writers for Ted. The untitled project will be written and produced by Ted co-writers Alec Sulkin and Wellesley Wild, with MacFarlane serving as executive producer.

The show will be centered on “two successful guys in their 30s and the insanity that ensues after their crazy fathers unexpectedly move in with them.”

This isn’t Seth’s first time with a live-action show. Seth also wrote and executive produced 2007’s The Winner, which starred Rob Corddry. MacFarlane was also working on a Flintstones cartoon series for Fox, but it has currently been place on hold.
