If you had told me that someone was going to make a remix featuring music composed by Jet Set Radio superstar Hideki Naganuma, I would have clicked my mouse to the source faster than Sonic The Hedgehog on a chili dog run. If you’d told me it was mash-up with Adele’s hit Rolling In The Deep then I probably would have proceeded with Solid Snake-like caution. 

Fortunately, while Bluguu’s mash-up on paper might flash “caution” in your brain, your toe tapping and head bobbing to this song are definitely going to tell you just “chill, man” and “enjoy the ride.”

Blu’s mashup is a high energy, disco soul dance that’s about as fun as it is catchy. The way Adele’s soulful singing meshes with the sped up sample of Teknopathic feels like these two songs were just meant for each other. In fact, it’s easy for me to say that this is one of the best Rolling In The Deep remixes I’ve ever heard, and that’s saying a lot considering just how popular that song was for a lot DJs and producers to tinker with. This shouldn’t just be on some HD re-release of a game. It deserves to be playing from DJ booths worldwide.

In short, the only caution I’d give is be careful when hitting play. This does not simply leave your head.
