Attention Adults: video game stores have been indirectly announced as not being for children anymore. This is one of many logical conclusions offered by retailer GameStop, after its recent unveiling of, GameStop Kids.

According to the official website, the new stores will feature:

“…an assortment of this holiday’s most desired video games and accessories, game licensed products, popular toy brands and collectibles.”

Over 80 locations have been scheduled to open over the next couple of weeks throughout November; a complete list of locales can be found here. It will be interesting to see how many shops survive the post-holiday rush. In the meantime, adult consumers can take solace in that GameStop didn’t spell it in the intolerable fashion: Kidz.
