ESP Releases Sonic The Hedgehog Guitar

Deciding to join in the celebration of Sonic The Hedgehog’s 20th Anniversary, the Japanese branch of ESP is releasing a limited production line of a Sonic The Hedgehog guitar.
The guitar is apparently based off of Sega musician Jun Senoue’s Axe, which initially came out in 1998 during the the release of Sonic Adventure. The guitar was used during special live presentations. Roughly, you’re looking at about $1,782 U.S. for the instrument. And, no, there aren’t any guarantees that you’ll instantly shred as fast as Sonic can run. You can check it out in action here.
It’s cool, but wouldn’t it have made sense to go with blue instead of black for the body?
