“Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Summoner: Soul Hackers” Trailer

Atlus recently released this English-Dubbed trailer for Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Summoner: Soul Hackers. This first-person dungeon crawler was originally released for the Sega Saturn and Sony PlayStation back in the late 90’s, but will be coming to the Nintendo 3DS this April 16. 

This version features 30 more demons, a new opening sequence animated by the studio Satelight, full voicing of dialogue, smoother animation, and quicker loading times.

Atlus Announces “Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Summoner: Soul Hackers” With A Teaser

Today on their YouTube channel, Atlus officially announced that (*deep breath*) Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Summoner: Soul Hackers will be brought to North America for the 3DS. 

The RPG is a first-person, dungeon-crawling RPG set in a magical/sci-fi setting. Players will encounter demons, which they can choose to fight or recruit. Devil Summoner: Soul Hackers will also feature 30 new demons, a new dungeon, opening cinematic, theme song, improved gameplay and faster load times.

Devil Summoner was originally released in 1995 in Japan for the Sega Saturn and ported in 2005 to the PSP. It has never been released officially in North America.

Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Summoner: Soul Hackers will arrive for 3DS in Spring 2013.
