First the meat: The Legend of Korra will start airing on Nickelodeon on April 14th, 11:00 AM.

And to celebrate The Legend of Korra getting a release date, David Filoni, from Star Wars: Clone Wars, drew this particular image. It’s Star Wars meets Avatar: The Last Airbender!

New Last Airbender: Legend of Korra art/info to be revealed

Nickelodeon has recently provided The Wall Street Journal with new art, and information about the new Avatar series, The Legend of Korra.

This official piece of art from Nickelodeon, showcasing Korra’s face for the first time, is apparently the first of many upcoming new pieces of information they plan to release over the next couple of days.

As a huge Avatar fan, this is incredibly exciting. Starting tomorrow, they plan on revealing more information from interviews with the creators of the show.
