One of the lucky scoopers over at Joblo has managed to snag an early screening of Zack Snyder’s Man of Steel, which will officially be released to us mere mortals on the 13th of June.

With Zack Snyder’s Man of Steel heading to the big screen in June, the promotional machine has started its big push.

With Snyder and Superman himself, Henry Cavill, doing the usual press work, David S. Goyer has also been in demand. The writer of this summer’s Superman epic recently spoke to Access Hollywood about his thoughts on the film.

After the first poster for Star Trek Into Darkness was released earlier today, it was followed by with the new poster for Zack Snyder’s Superman picture, Man of Steel.

The film stars Henry Cavill in the titular role, with Amy Adams as Lois Lane, Laurence Fishburne as Perry White, Diane Lane as Martha Kent, Kevin Costner as Jonathan Kent, Russell Crowe as Jor-El and Michael Shannon as General Zod.

Man of Steel will be released June 14, 2014.

As little as two weeks ago, Zack Snyder was discussing the tone of his upcoming Superman film, Man of Steel. I mentioned then that I’d expect to hear a lot more in the next few months leading up to next summer’s release, and that’s proven correct.

Snyder has recently been talking to the New York Post, with a point of particular interest being whether his film would tie into DC’s greater vision of a Justice League movie.

Zack Snyder, director of the upcoming Man of Steel, has recently been doing press work for the Blu-ray re-release of the ‘Ultimate Cut’ of 2009′s Watchmen. The guys over at The LA Times managed to probe Snyder on his vision for next year’s Superman film.
