No Bright Colors Here - First Images of Jamie Foxx As Electro Leaked
It was only a matter of time really, but we finally have set photos of Jamie Foxx in action as Maxwell Dillion — otherwise known as Electro — during the filming of The Amazing Spider-Man 2.
And just as promised, Foxx is not running around in the bright green and yellow costume, but instead appearing to be a cross between the Ultimate Universe version of the character, and Doctor Manhattan.
These photos arrive courtesy of the Daily Mail, and if you check out the source, you will see more photos of Foxx as Electro, complete with a better look at Foxx when the lights are activated in his hood to make him glow blue.
The Amazing Spider-Man 2 is set to swing into theaters May 2, 2014.

If you had started to worry that between Jamie Foxx’s Electro, Paul Giamatti’s Rhino & Dane DeHaan’s Harry Osborne, that there might not be enough villains in the upcoming sequel to last year’s Amazing Spider-Man, fret no more. The Hollywood Reporter said today that Oscar winner Chris Cooper (Adaptation) has signed to play the man who would be Green Goblin.
Granted this isn’t too much of a shock since Oscorp did feature so heavily in the first film’s storyline, it just feels like this film is going to burst at the seams if they add any more major characters to the film.

2012 has proven itself to have been quite an interesting year from start to finish.
Back in July, I did a first half recap, which covered the months from January to June, and now it’s time to recap the rest of the year from July to December.
The second half of the year contained the remaining three films I had on my most anticipated list (The Amazing Spider-Man, The Dark Knight Rises, The Hobbit) with two of the three living up to what I imagined them to be.
This time around, though, two new contributors (Steven and Andrew) add their thoughts on films released during the second half of the year into the mix along with mine.

Hit the break to check out our recap.

Parkour is an amazing sport where those involved seem like modern ninjas or, in this video’s case, Spider-Man.
