Blizzard Shows Off “Diablo 3” Footage On The PlayStation 3

Diablo 3 won’t always be exclusive to PC players. Blizzard has announced that it’s making its way to the PlayStation 3 (and the PS4, once it’s released) and has been showing off in-game footage at PAX East.

Though handheld controllers will account for a few minor changes, the features on PS3 are mostly the same as those on the original PC version — with a few improvements. One of the biggest is fixed camera angles that should help in some of the boss battles. And if you feel like sharing your kills, four-person co-op will also be available.

Blizzard says the console version is not a Sony exclusive but hasn’t released any details on an Xbox 360 version.

Here’s Your First Look At Bungie’s “Destiny”

From the creators of the Halo franchise comes the game Destiny, a new type of shooter with an expansive world of science fiction for players to discover as they protect humanity.

Here’s the official description:

“Everything changed with the arrival of the Traveler. It sparked a Golden Age when our civilization spanned the solar system, but it didn’t last. Something hit us, knocked us down. The survivors built a city beneath the Traveler, and have begun to explore our old worlds, only to find them filled with deadly foes.

You are a Guardian of the last safe city on Earth, able to wield incredible power. Defend the City. Defeat our enemies. Reclaim all that we have lost.

Be brave.”

More on Destiny to follow.
