Announced during IGN’s IPL 5, head of Team Ninja Yosuke Hayashi unveiled that a PS Vita version of DOA 5 would be coming early next year.

DOA 5 Plus will apparently include new features not in the original release, although none were announced at the time.
Also mentioned was an update to the PS3 and 360 versions of Dead or Alive 5, which should be coming in the near future.
