A sense of security has befallen our survivors. The CDC has provided them with the things they’ve sought after — food, hot water, shelter and peace. Most importantly, answers. Right? Ah, but it wouldn’t be a season finale of The Walking Dead if it were that simple.

There’s no time for mourning when one lives in a world filled with walkers. Yet, episode 5 allows us to say goodbye to a couple of characters, and introduces us to another one.

The search for Merle hits a bit of snag for Rick and the crew. So does the peaceful life of the survivors back at camp.

“Tell It To The Frogs” is further proof that whether you like it or not, The Walking Dead will be a story-driven show with characters riding shotgun, and zombies complaining in the backseat.
