“The Avengers’” Weapons In Lego Form
With glowing reviews, major box-office bank, and people getting excited over the post-credits scene, you have to wonder what’s next for The Avengers to conquer?
How about Legos?
Fan Ken Robichaud uploaded photos to his Flickr, of prop replicas of some of The Avengers’ weaponry built by Lego. This includes Captain America’s shield, Black Widow’s Widow’s Bite and Belt, Thor’s Mjolnir and wrist cuff, and Hawkeye’s bow, brace, and trick arrows.

In an attempt to turn just about everything into a movie from board games to self-help books, Warner Brother Pictures announced yesterday that 2014 would see the release of Lego 3D.

I just can’t resist BJD’s with cute full lips. Though, Minifees are a lot more expensive compared to other mini-sized BJD’s because of the amount of detail and pose-ability they’re able to carry.
In my opinion, Fairyland has the most poseable BJD bodies in the market and would be worth the investment.

File this under “the coolest thing I’ve seen in the last 36 hours.” A Belgian man who works under the handle yatkuu has created a custom Lego set of The Winchester bar from Edgar Wright’s 2004 zombie masterpiece Shaun of the Dead.

I want to introduce these 23cm resin cuties. I think I stumbled on Kinoko Juice randomly long ago and couldn’t get over how adorable they look.
As cute as they are, sadly I had to brush them aside because they run for 90,000 yen. Not only that, they’re also very hard to get. The artist hand makes them herself, so her sale period is very limited and they sell very quickly. She does have a sells blog, but don’t get too excited since she won’t ship overseas. So I guess if you really wanted a Kinoko Juice you’ll have to go to Japan to be lucky enough to catch one of her sale periods, or attend a Doll Show.
If you would like to try and learn more here’s her blog http://kinokojuice.blog35.fc2.com/ (it’s all in Japanese).

Ever find yourself perusing down the aisles at Toys R Us and wonder what toys didn’t make it to the racks? For those pondering about what got let out from the Star Wars merchandise behemoth, Jason Geyer from Action Figure Insider decided to reveal a few concepts that never even made it to production in the series.
The story goes that Geyer and his co-workers were tapped to produce merchandise concepts to tie-in with Episode I. His team produced hundreds of art concepts. In fact, you can check out more pictures at io9.
I would have killed to shoot some hoops with a Death Star Ball.

Floxy Plush
They’re cute, soft, hug-able and now come in different flavors. Go on a date with Tuxedo Floxy or sneak around with Ninja Floxy. Are you ready for an adventure out at sea? Then take Pirate Floxy as your first mate. Want to rustle up some cattle? Then Cowboy Floxy will show you the ropes.
Last time, Patch Together only had regular Floxy for online orders on their site, but now all of the costumed foxes are available to order.
Floxy was a design of mine that Patch Together first made designer vinyls of. Later on they wanted to expand the products so they created these plush versions of my little orange fox.
Stop by Patch Together today if you want to order some of these guys. Also, if you are interested in picking up some Floxy vinyls, click here.

It is good because I have another OP chibi-arts to add to the collection, but bad because I just got Ace and now I have to spend money on another OP chibi-arts to add to the collection.
If you are late on this just like me, then unfortunately pre-orders have stopped so you can’t reserve one at the moment. Now we play the waiting game.

There’s nothing quite like the smell of new plastic wafting up from a cardboard box to start your day off right. My love affair with figures has been making my pocket book too light too often since I was but a wee middle school student. Now, approaching my final year of college, I’ve only fallen further down the rabbit hole. Now, I eagerly await each Wonder Festival to see what new beauties will be released to the masses the coming season. Below are my favorite picks from this year’s Winter Wonder Festival!
